    Find the location that fits your day and your child’s age. For Saturday care, choose 3&UP.

  2. Tell us what you need.

    Contact that centre with your child’s age, the date and the hours you need. Share their routine and any dietary or care needs.

  3. Confirm before you come.

    The director will confirm availability, registration steps and what to bring before your child attends.

Which centre is right for my child?

For ages 9 months–6 years, choose Glamorgan, University District or Aspen. These centres offer weekday drop-in care, with published centre hours of 7 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday.

3&UP is dedicated to ages 3–6 in its own building beside Clever Glamorgan. Centre hours are 7 AM–7 PM, Monday–Friday, and 9 AM–4 PM on Saturdays. All care arrangements need confirmation from the centre.

Can we come if we’re new to Clever?
Yes. Let your chosen centre know it will be your child’s first visit. The director will talk through their routine and needs, availability and any registration steps before they attend.
What does drop-in care cost?

Drop-in care is $110/day at all four Clever centres, with Top Meal included. There is no separate meal fee for drop-in care.

The same daily rate applies to weekday care at every location and Saturday care at 3&UP. The director will confirm availability and your arrangements before attendance. A specific activity or enrichment class is not guaranteed.

Can you help with short-notice or Saturday care?

Glamorgan, University District and Aspen consider same-day weekday requests when space allows. For short-notice care at 3&UP, contact its director. Share your child’s age, the date and the hours you need, and wait for confirmation before attending.

Saturday drop-in is available only at 3&UP, for ages 3–6, during its 9 AM–4 PM centre hours.

Are meals included, and what should we bring?

Drop-in care includes meals from Top Meal. Its team is led by a Red Seal–certified chef, with freshly prepared meals for children.

Tell the director about allergies or dietary needs before attendance. They can explain the menu, the information required and what to bring for your child’s first day.

Need care more regularly?
Scheduled care is available at all four Clever centres. Tell the director which days and hours you need, and they’ll help you compare the available options and pricing.
Does booking a tour reserve a drop-in place?

No. A tour is a chance to meet the director and see the centre, with no commitment to enrol. To arrange childcare, contact your chosen centre with your child’s age, the date and the hours you need. Your place needs separate confirmation.
